09.10.2007 What an amazing summer! A huge thank you to all my friends, collectors, clients and networking people! YOU have made summer 2007 a huge success! The Consolidations are complete, all bookings may be handled direct, all my assistants off site will be a great help when shooting in their areas, will still get the word out and help with coordinating local needs, but bookings will be centralized here in the gulf coast. Congrats to the assistants who are now photographers in their own businesses! I LOVE to Grow new talent! You fill my soul.

Our Discovery Sessions have found their way into the hearts and homes of many of our commissioned Fine Art Portraiture clients. We love these as they allow us so much more time, and insight, which allow us to create an amazing set of photographs and showcase the true essence of our clients in a totally fresh, true and real way. Bravo!

We rolled out our affiliate program, to help high end businesses thank their best customers, whilst they boost their sales, by offering priority access to our Fine Art Portraiture sessions, we are partnering with some great folks that offer products that perfectly suit our level of clientele. Check it out affiliate program

3.16.2007 My heart is heavy with the loss of an amazing, sweet, brilliant man, mentor a legend and friend. Monte Zucker. He passed at 8:30pm 3.15.2007. To say he was a fixture in photography, is an understatement. He is an icon, someone whom won so many awards and honorary degrees it is not even funny. He won an award from the United Nations. He inspired everyone he knew. He was always learning, teaching and experimenting. At an age when most people become technophobes, he was diving into digital with both feet, and showing us kids new and exciting things we could do with it. His career was a crazy mix of vaudeville and master photographer, part showmanship, and part craftsman. He inspired me in my work, and in my life. He began work when there was only black and white photography, he went to live with God at a time when digital has revolutionized the craft. His business acumen and true excitement for the art and for life, inspires and lifts us all. He is sorely missed. I can only pray I touch as many lives in the great way in which he did. Godspeed Monte Zucker! Jeffrey Blake Adams

1/1/07 Happy New Year! I hope the new year brings positive change in your lives, it has mine. While the last year has been full of challenges, the loss of more close friends, the renewal of life continues, those close to me know I have fully fallen in Love with the one person that I was created to cherish. Heather and her daughter Brianna are now so integral to my life, I don't know how I was able to breathe before I became hers. Thank you, all my fabulous friends for your knowing, your love and support.

Those of you who know Monte Zucker, the extraordinary master photographer whose skill and love of life has spanned several generations, should know he has been diagnosed with cancer, and is fighting for his life. Send wishes and prayers www.montezucker.com.

I have committed to offer more teaching workshops in 2007, yet stay closer to home. By April, I expect to transition my distant locations to able up & coming students, and stay closer to my home in NW FL.

More and better is coming, a total website overhaul is in the distance.... Love all of you, Thank you, Jeffrey

3/09 God speed Gordon Parks, a revolutionary visionary, went to live with God, and we will all be missing this brilliant, kind man. He was an original, fighting racism and pushing the limits of photography and emotions, he was an inspiration to generations of photographers and will be sadly missed.

2/12 Happy Mardi Gras season! I hope everyone will join me in New Orleans to help celebrate Mardi Gras, pump some much needed cash into the city and help revive the party! Kudos to Heather and Erin for going over and helping out with two hotels promotional reopening!

Cool news; Kleinfelds bridal for years New Yorkers have had to trek to Jersey to enjoy this boutique, no more they will be moving to Chelsea! Just down the road from our space! Welcome to the neighborhood!

Happy Valentines Day to all, I hope you search out the ones you love and spend the time to let them know what is in your heart!

We will be working soon with several local adoption agencies to photograph the children ready to be adopted, the shoots will produce fine art portraiture that captures their hearts in a way most pictures miss, they will be shown at local galleries, and used to not only help the kids get adopted, show them how great they can look, but also to raise funds for the agencies. A great student of mine told me of several fellow photographers that have worked on this nationwide project, and I fell in love with the plan, I am adopted myself, and was lucky as an infant when my parents chose to share their hearts with me. I am also actively seeking to adopt some needy children from New Orleans, so I know this will help everyone bigtime. I encourage every single photographer of quality to get involved in your community and help these kids, and prospective parents. Talk about changing the world. Make it happen! Jeffrey

12/1 We have closed the retail gallery in Seaside. Local and visiting collectors may still access our art by appointment, but we will no longer be open to the general public there. I still live and am based there, however the demand for my work elsewhere, has made it impossible for me to spend as much time there as I feel is required to be fair to myself and my artists.

Most days when I am back home, you will still find me relaxing across from the gallery space, at Cafe Rendezvous with my good friends Wendy, Jean-noelle, Coy, and Kendal.

Look for me to spend much more time in South Florida, and the ATL. I am also looking again in the French Quarter of New Orleans, I feel we can be a part of the rebirth, if you know of a space, please give a shout out.

New workshops in Suwannee TN near Chattanooga will be happening soon for a great art vacation, stay, play and shoot (photogs & models) in a great former summer camp, now an artist resort community. Stay tuned. Much Love, Jeffrey

11.15 New Cafepress store, enjoy some of our fav images on cool stuff, you've been asking, Heather is setting it up for us, Thank you Heather! Try our cafepress store for funstuff with our images

9.18 Please help 1-800-help-now. Some of you know I have been in New Orleans, and its worse than anyone can possibly describe. The best source of info that is anywhere near accurate is www.nola.com. Hug a loved one and tell them you love them, pray, buy anything that originates in New Orleans or along the gulf coast, make plans for next year's conventions there, lets help bring back this amazing city. What a great op to remake the city into what it always could be, whilst helping everyone that is there and will make the effort to build it back. The next few months will be busy ones, with me on the road more than usual, e-mail and the 800 # will always get to me, (barring any more storms) and of course you may call any of my wonderful associates around the country, many of which I will be working with on my travels. I want to thank all of them, Martina, Heather, Erin, & Alexandria, for allowing me to be available to clients all over the USA, Thank you! I hope to be seeing y'all at the show in the ATL, and NYC soon. Love and hugs, Jeffrey

8/14 Thank you to Martina, my rep and close personal friend in NYC, found an old magazine in which they interviewed me. I don't grant many interviews, but this one was really in depth and fun. She'll be preparing it for the web, and seeking out the others, and we'll post them in the bio section she's been working on. While I shun the spotlight for myself, (I believe that the client, or the art itself should have the attention) she feels that my collectors and the art directors that are pitching me to their clients would be better served if she could share some of my accomplishments with them. So be it. So watch for that soon, along with more recent images, easier purchase options for direct website purchase of photographs, and DVD's of my workshops for photographers, artists and models. And Thank you Martina & Jack for all your support and for pushing me beyond my comfort zone. :) Jeffrey

8/5 Thanks folks! Storms seem to have abated, things are back to normal at the gallery. When you drop by be sure to check out the Cafe Rendez Vous across the park from us, great people and fun times.

Thank you for all the love and support at the last two expos! Those of you that know me, will know that I sorely missed not being at San Fran PhotoExpo and ArtChicago. Thank you for keeping my work there in front of so many wonderful collectors.

Due high number of requests, we are working very hard to add more group shoots, and workshops to the fall schedule. If you need us, holla @ us and let us know which city you are nearest, so far ATL, Seaside, Chas and SoBe will get added workshops soon.

I am sure I will be seeing many of you down in South Beach for Model Season, let me know asap if you'll need me during the oct-feb time period, time for new models is very limited.

Stay well, and enjoy the fall season, Love and life, Jeffrey

3/20 Thank you!!!! All you wonderful clients and collectors that have discovered my move to Seaside and made a point to drop in and visit, THANK YOU! Its such a joy to see you and hear the stories of how my art, or my work has made a difference in your lives. Thank you. There really is nothing quite like sharing time with friends and enjoying our craft together.

Good and bad- This month I lost yet another very close friend. PLEASE, if you must drive tired, wear your seatbelt, and better yet, don't push yourself, call a friend, stop to eat, whatever, but don't let any of us lose another good friend in a traffic accident. Godspeed James.

Petra I am so sorry that your boyfriend has not been found alive. He was a good man, and great photographer. Godspeed Simon. Many prayers are headed your way for a full healing of heart, body and soul.

On the good side, Charleston is finally up and ready to help clients in the Holy city. Heather will help coordinate the needs of Charlestonians and everyone along the Carolina coast.

The Tuscany trip is full, but rest assured we will be doing more overseas workshops in the near future. So if you are on the mailing list, standby, if you would like to know about our future workshops, holla @ me.

Hope everyone had a safe and Happy St Patty's day, and that Easter will offer you the renewal, energy and hunger for LIFE that you desire. :) Love and Hugs, Jeffrey

2/05 Response from ArtBasel has been amazing, you folks never cease to thrill me with your appreciation of art, and my humble work, THANK YOU! I love you all so much and so look forward to meeting with each of you when time allows... How about a collector's party sometime soon? Anyone want to head up the effort to make it happen? Anyone going to Mardi Gras this year? :) Jeffrey

1/05 Manhattan office is open for our clients needs, thank you to Martina for your help in making us more accessible in Gotham City! Martina can help arrange for us to provide for your commercial and editorial needs, and is available to consult with collectors who may wish to review our works. NYC clients may call her locally @ 646.435.7847.

Many of you know our West Palm beach office has been up and running for awhile, Erin will be happy to help you with scheduling or setting up a portfolio review in the South Florida region.

Yes, is the answer to those of you whom have asked, I am looking for a reliable, artistic businessperson & space, in the Bay area of California. I would like to reopen a gallery in Carmel this fall.

It looks like the Art festival in Jax will be slammin! Its set for May 21st and the 20 artists are hard at work getting ready, stay tuned. I am also actively seeking qualified people in Jacksonville to help man our space there.

Love and God Bless, Jeffrey

1/05 WOW! The new year is shaping up to eclipse everything so far! Thank you to all who have touched my life, I pray I am passing your love forward and making a difference. Thank you to all my newest friends for your love and support, and to all those who continue to stand by me through the years, you are all so vital to my life and heart.

The Seaside gallery is a winner, folks love the mix and the artists are a joy. Thank you to my collectors for having me at ArtBasel and the upcoming Art Miami!

Our hearts go out to all those with loved ones lost in the Tsunami, I really have yet to fathom the depth of this crisis, and pray we can all help in some way. Please pray that Petra Nemcova heals quickly and completely, and that her boyfriend and photographer Simon Atlee will be found safe. She survived the tsunami by clinging to a palm tree for eight hours, despite a broken pelvis and internal injuries, he and Simon were vacationing in Phuket at the time.

Make us all feel very small and really think about how tenuous life can be, hug someone you love, ciao for now.

9/04 The newest; we are moving the Panama City Gallery to the Ruskin Artist Colony at Seaside. And we now have an office in West Palm. What a fall season! Look our grand opening at Seaside! And Thank YOU for all your love and support!

Our hearts go out to everyone touched by all the hurricanes, we've been lucky, other than some shingles off of a few of our rentals, we are doing grande. Bless you all and I would like to offer to help anyone in need of new family portraiture if they lost theirs during the hurricane. If I photographed your family at any time, contact me and I will replace your images for you if they were lost in the storms. Having made it through Hugo, I know what devastation they can bring.

If you need to create new images, let me know and I will work to provide the time for anyone who lost their family portraiture during the hurricanes. Love and Hugs, Jeffrey

8/04 Thank you all soooo much! Clients love using pictage.com to order their images, and the new Atlanta shooting space is working great! Hope to see and shoot with all of you soon. As always, friends, collectors, and fellow artists are welcome to give a shout when visiting the area. I love to share my finds with friends. Be it old villages, great food or amazing imagery. Just give a shout, at the gallery or on the 800. :) Ciao

The artfest has grown into a grassroots project to create a local art school, stay tuned or join in the fun.

Fellow artists, if you feel like becoming a subject for my art, please contact me for inclusion in an ongoing special project. Jeffrey

Slammed and loving it, more functionality and images coming soon. I'm shooting like mad, so stay tuned.

Love you all, Jeffrey

Spring is def here, and with it renewal, and fresh look at life. Nothing like staring death in the face, and seeing so many of our good friends go to live with God, to get you to thinking.

If you had but one day of life left, what would suddenly be important to you? Whose face would you want to hold in your hands one last time, whose smile would you want to see? With whom would you want to share a story, or a sunset? A sunrise? What would you rush to create, so you could leave it for the future? I came up with about 6 pages of places I would want to go, friends I would want to thank, people I would want to apologize to, artwork I want to give birth to, and a special friend that I would want to know in no uncertain terms, that I love her with all my heart.

I don't know about all of you, my great friends, and collectors, but I am going to start working my list now, whilst I still have a hundred or so years to do so.... :) I hope you will share my sense of urgency, and think of some things of importance to you, and act on them. Thanks so much to all of you, that have sent me your love.

Life is short, lets live it up.

Many of you have asked when I will put up a storefront website. I want you to know, that as long as I am able, I prefer the direct interaction with my collectors. I want to know your emotions when you feel my work. I want to know where my work will live once you are enjoying it. So for now, buying my artworks will be a personal experience.

So much new shooting, watch the site for updates, this is an amazing time to be a visual artist. And Spring, with it's countless festivals, great weather, commercial demands and weddings, oh my, Life is good. Jeffrey

LOS ANGELES - Acclaimed fashion photographer Helmut Newton died Friday after his car sped out of control from the driveway of the famed Chateau Marmont hotel and crashed into a wall, police said. He was 83. You will be missed my good friend and inspiration. GodSpeed.

Lighthouse St Marks FLWOW! Thank you for the incredible response to my work at several wonderful festivals in which I was lucky enough to have my collectors share my work. Thank you!

Those of you who know me well, know I belong to the school of artists that are so busy having an intense, passionate, and private love affair with their art works, that they have no time, nor intention of self promotion or to lobby for the attention or favor of the media, influential art critics, festival and gallery directors or other arbiters of cool.

You, my collectors, clients, mentors, students, peers and benefactors share the entire credit for my success and growth. Thank you. The successes of the last few months are too numerous to list, you know what you have done and why, and you have my heartfelt thanks! Those of you in the fashion world who are making my work available in Miami this month, THANK YOU!

I would also like to thank Tom Ford for his Leadership and Vision, he will be missed at the company he is leaving, but I am sure we will see more of his passion for life, in whatever the future holds for his work. Best wishes Tom and thank you for all you've done for me in the past, and the industry as a whole.

11/03

Ansel Adams: Celebration of Genius
The Pensacola Museum of Art is proud to be hosting the only United States showing of Ansel Adams: Celebration of Genius in 2003. It will be the first time Celebration of Genius is shown in the US. The exhibition opens October 17, 2003 and continues through January, 2004 This new exhibition of 150 original photographs was put together from the extensive collection of the George Eastman House International Museum of Photography and Film. The exhibition will cover the walls of all three upstairs galleries at the PMA. Ansel Adams: Celebration of Genius was inspired by the 100th anniversary of Adams's birth in 2002 and showcases works that celebrate and examine the development of Adam's career. The works are from the 1920's through the 1960's and include a 1927 portfolio of Parmelian prints (gelatin silver emulsion on parchment paper) unique to Adams's work. Images include Moonrise, Hernandez, New Mexico, 1941 and Mount Williamson from Manwnar, California, ca. 1944, plus other portraits, still lifes and abstracts.

Thank you to my valued clients. The light in your eyes, when you first see yourselves, as I see you, make everything I do, worthwhile. This month has been one of amazing accomplishment and thrilling victories. I hope you will all soon be able to personally enjoy my newest gallery spaces. Thank you all!

To my students, thank you for sharing your thoughts, successes and failures with me, and for continuing to educate me along the way. You are our future, and my greatest gifts. No success is as great as that of seeing some small bit of knowledge passed down, utilized, expanded, and profit from. Keep growing, expanding and pass it on.

Remember, there is no such thing as competition when it comes to artistic talents. No such thing as better, just different. For every hand you lend to another fellow artist, you will be paid back ten fold. Everyone has a voice, and a market.

The Artist's & Education Foundation of NW FL Inc. is taking root and growing like mad. Thank you to all of you who are a part of this grass roots effort to showcase local artists build a viable, year round, sustainable arts community in N FL.

We will be looking for "visiting artists" to become artist's in residence, and to share their skills with the children of the community. Watch the foundation's pages for more info.

To those who follow the precept of building bridges, enabling dreams, and creating opportunities, thank you.

In a world where the average person wastes time envying or trying to tear down others, where anyone can break things, and try to derail others,, in a world where fearful people see an economy as a limited pie, and fight for their small sliver,,, ...thank you friends, students and supporters for going beyond the norm, and making the positive change we all wish to see. Thank you for all you do to add to the pie for everyone to share. Pray for those less fortunate to find peace and fulfillment in their own lives.

Keep pioneering, pushing for excellence and searching your souls for the best of your heart.

I'm there with you. Its my pledge to you, to devote even more time in 2004 and beyond, teaching and to giving back, exposing new and special art to more markets, and creating more of my own works for you.

"You are only as old as your fears, and as young as your dreams!" "Dream big, work hard, make it happen, play hard, laugh at yourself daily, and pass it on." Jeffrey

My Favored collectors, I can't thank you enough for taking my work to Carmel CA, for the Carmel Art Festival and specifically to you Karl L for taking my work to Venice for La Biennale DI Venezia's 50th International Art Exhibition. This comes at a time when your kindness, and your thoughts of me, mean more to me, than even the showing of my work, in my favorite cities, in the art festivals that matter most to me.

I thank you with all my heart. You all know I am not among the group of artists that spend their time currying favor with critics, scribes, gallery directors, or show juries. I feel a body of work should speak for itself. I sincerely appreciate all you do on my behalf and that of the art with which I am trusted to convey to the world. Thank you for the wonderful heartfelt thoughts and amazing surprises.

4/03;

Huge changes coming to the web pages after years of tiny updates, we're working day and night to bring you our best images from the last 6yrs.

Coming soon:
